Putting a contract in place

Around 95% of all disputes between homeowners and contractors relate to contractual dispute. This normally results from not having a contract in place from the start. This paperwork exercise may seem like a use of valuable time to a contractor, but a business can spend an enormous amount of time and money trying to resolve disputes with customers.
